Submission Procedure

· Carefully review our Guidelines and Selection Criteria to ensure your program aligns with the mission and goals of Wavedance Fund.

· Fill out our Expression of Interest Form (see MENU), write a single-page narrative, and follow instructions to submit.

· Soon after we receive your Expression of Interest Form, we will contact you to let you know about your organization’s eligibility to apply for a grant, or to request additional information.

At this stage, we may also ask to schedule a phone call, virtual meeting or on-site visit in order to better understand your proposal.

· If we determine you are eligible to apply for a Wavedance Fund grant, we will send you Grant Application Instructions.

Timeline

• April 11, 2025: Expression of Interest Deadline.

• April 18, 2025: If you are selected to submit a Grant Proposal, you will be sent Grant Proposal Instructions by this date.

 Please note:

Expression of Interest Forms received after the deadline will not be considered.

Grants Awarded

In 2024, Wavedance contributed grants and donations totaling $3,790,500. Some grants were awarded to organizations that responded to our Fall 2024 RFP, while others were awarded to organizations that we approached directly. Our funding last year supported twelve organizations that enhance outcomes for children at risk, primarily in northern Nevada.

Spring 2025 Grant Opportunity

Our grant application process will be by invitation only. We have adopted this process so that fewer organizations will need to expend valuable time and resources in preparing complete grant applications.

Applying for a Wavedance grant will involve two steps:

2. If you are selected to apply, submit a complete Grant Application
